FORD 2.0/2.1 OHC PINTO ESCORT. KITCAR WEBER 38 DGMS CARB/CARBURETTOR. FORD OHC 2.0/2.1 PINTO ENGINES. This is a genuine Weber 38 DGMS carburettor, part number 1893091600A with manual choke operation. It is suitable for use with fuel return to tank systems or the return pipe can be blanked off if not in use. An inlet base block gasket, choke cable, pipe & clips are supplied. The modified idle air bushes have been fitted to overcome a'flatspot' at approx 1500rpm.

This allows the correct calibration of the idle jets to prevent an excessive rich mixture. The settings are: mains 145, airs 185, idles 45, pump 55 (size 45 no longer available), em.
